HOW IT WORKS

1. Make sure my commissions are open 0_02. If so, make sure you've read everything here and at the links below then fill out this commission form!3. When I accept, I'll contact you and show you the thumbnail sketch for you to approve. If it's not exactly what you'd like, feel free to let me know of any tweaks you'd like made.. And don't be afraid to let me know of any questions, comments, or concerns!4. When you’re happy with the thumbnail, I'll then send you an invoice through PayPal. Major changes and tweaks cannot be made after payment5. I START DRAWING.. Progress shots may be shown upon request6. I’ll get back to you when I finish your commission, and I’ll send you its file via email :)

WHAT I'LL DRAW

LET'S GOOO:· Fanart and ships (human / humanoid)
· OCs and fan characters (human / humanoid)
· Simple mascots (eg. Monokuma)
· Small and simple signature items and props
· Light NSFW (light blood, *suggestive, *nudity; all depend on my ability)
· Profanity
· Simple to mid-level details and designs
* = Exclusive to adult characters. You must also be 18+ to commission it.
No Can Do Buddy:· Real people (you, friends, celebrities, etc.)
· Backgrounds/scenery (I suck at these sorry)
· Animals and furries (I also suck at these sorry)
· Hard NSFW (gore, explicit sex, violence, fetish, etc.)
· Discriminatory, offensive, unethical, problematic, political content
· Machines and mecha (cars, complex guns, robots, etc.)
By commissioning me (the artist), you (the commissioner) agree to and understand the following:
TERMS OF SERVICE

· Commissions are first come, first served until there are no slots left! I'll then close commissions
· Commissioning me is for personal *use only (buying for yourself, gifting, supporting the artist)
· I can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks on a commission - as they are done in my free time - and do NOT work with deadlines
· I can refuse commissions if they are against what I can or will draw, or for any other reason unstated. I will communicate this if this is you.
· I can refuse to work with you if at any stage, you become uncooperative
· My style is experimental, so unless you ask me to exactly replicate how my style looked in a past work, I'll most likely experiment when drawing your commission
· MINIMAL tweaks to your commission (hue shifts, extra lines, etc.) can be done if needed

PAYMENT TERMS

· All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD), so please keep the conversion rate in mind
· After approving your commission's thumbnail, I will send you an invoice for the full payment through PayPal
· Refunds are non-negotiable if I have made significant progress on the artwork (a really complex sketch or anything beyond)
RIGHTS AND USAGE

· I am to be credited as the creator of the artwork; you are NOT to claim it as your own
· I have the right to post your commission (excluding your @ in captions upon request), as the artwork is mine
· I have the right to use your commission in portfolios and art examples (excluding your relation to the artwork by default), as the artwork is mine
· You are NOT to edit, *post, copy, trace, or redraw the artwork
· You are NOT to redistribute or use the artwork for AI usage/apps, merchandise, business, commercial use, profit, or NFTs
· Online, you MAY ONLY use the artwork as your profile photo, and ONLY with proper credit (tagging @vantakko) in your bio* = with the exception of story-reposting my Instagram posts / stories featuring the commission
